Treeconomy has been selected by Isometric, a leading carbon removal registry, as an official Feasibility Partner to support the development of high-integrity nature-based restoration projects. Following a rigorous RFI and case study evaluation process, Treeconomy was chosen for its technical expertise and platform capabilities in aligning projects with the Isometric Standard.
The partnership, , enables Treeconomy to provide critical pre-development services for suppliers looking to issue certificates under Isometric’s Biosphere protocols—including Reforestation, Improved Forest Management, Mangrove Restoration, and Agroforestry. These services are designed to streamline the transition from project concept to certification by ensuring adherence to strict scientific and methodology requirements.
Powered by Precision Biomass Modelling
Underpinning these services is Treeconomy’s biomass modelling. Rigorously testing during the Isometric RFI process, our proprietary AI model combines millions of space-based laser measurements with satellite imagery. The result is a highly accurate carbon mapping down to a 10-metre resolution, complete with the strict uncertainty tracking required for top-tier certification.

Key services provided under this partnership include:
- Standard Compliance Assessments: We provide methodology-aligned assessments to facilitate project validation and credit verification. Delivered through our Project Launchpad, this suite includes Project Eligibility to rapidly assess land-use history, Dynamic Performance Benchmarking to compute robust ex-ante baselines using matched control pots, and Carbon Projections for science-backed estimates of credit yields.
- Onboarding Support: We assist developers in smoothly transitioning existing projects from other certifiers over to the Isometric registry.
